He developed a large experience as a System Engineer (Contraves Italiana in Rome) and designed many Airborne Radars (SMA in Florence). As Engineering Manager of Officine Galileo, he led the development of state of art electro-optical and sonic sensors.
 
Dr. Lazzareschi Sergiusti has been involved in many international programs in Brazil, Middle East, East Europe, UK and in other countries to integrate microwave, sonic and electro-optical sensors within remote sensing systems for ground, seaborne and airborne applications.
 
Dr. Lazzareschi Sergiusti has been Technical Director and Chief Technical Officer in Galileo Avionica, and Vice President of new products in Selex Galileo.
 
In Selex ES he was appointed Transnational Director (IT, UK and US) for technical coordination among the Lines of Business and the Divisions.
 
From 2014, Dr. Lazzareschi Sergiusti operates as Technical Consultant for SME, Academia and Research Centers.
