received the Telecommunications Engineering degree from the University of Vigo, Spain, in 1995 and the Master of Information and Telecommunications Technologies for Mobile Networks degree in 2012 from the University of A Coruña, Spain, in 2012. He worked from 1996 to 1997 at Egatel company focused on the Research and Development in the field of TV and Radio digital communications. From 1997 to 2000 he was with Siemens Mobile Networks as GSM access network deployment manager. From 2000 to 2003 he worked at Nortel Networks as UMTS network integration manager. From 2003 he is fully dedicated to teaching Siemens Simatic Programmable Logic Devices as well as mathematics for different levels, both for private and public organisms. Actually he is working towards his Ph.D. about dynamic arrays for digital communications in the Electronic Technology and Communications Group (GTEC) at the University of A Coruña.
