was born in Hubei Province, China, in 1987. He received the B.S. degree in electronic engineering from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC), Chengdu, in 2009. He is currently a PhD student in electromagnetic field and microwave technology in the same university. In 2012, he won an Intel Fellowship from the Intel company, a National Scholarship from UESTC, and a Young Scholarship Award from the Ministry of Education of China. Currently, he is a visiting PhD Student at the ELEDIA Research Center of the University of Trento, where he is carrying out research activities on time-modulated arrays (4D arrays) and array synthesis. His research interest is antenna and antenna array, including lens antenna, base-station antennas, phased arrays and time-modulated arrays.
